By accessing and using the Bianca's Tradisionele Moerkoffie website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
All prices listed on our website are in South African Rands (ZAR). Our signature blend is priced at R 185.00 per 250g bag. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
Submitting an order via our contact form constitutes an offer to purchase. We will contact you directly to confirm your order, calculate delivery costs, and provide payment details (such as EFT instructions). An order is only considered accepted and binding once payment has cleared in our bank account.
We operate out of Strand, Western Cape, and dispatch orders across South Africa. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location. Once a package has been handed over to our nominated courier, the risk of loss passes to you. We will, however, assist in resolving any courier disputes where possible.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened coffee bags. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect product, please contact us at info@biancamoerkoffie.co.za within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence, so we may arrange a replacement or refund.
Applying to become a reseller does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject wholesale partners based on our brand alignment and production capacity. Wholesale pricing and terms will be provided directly to approved partners.
