Born from a deep-seated love for genuine, unpretentious coffee, Bianca's Tradisionele Moerkoffie was established to revive the authentic taste of our heritage. Operating out of Strand in the beautiful Western Cape, we believe in the art of the slow roast and the absolute perfection of the blend.
We noticed that modern coffee had lost the robust, comforting soul of the moerkoffie our grandparents used to brew. That realization sparked a journey to create the ultimate Café Blend. By meticulously selecting three distinct bean cultivars, we developed a ground coffee that delivers a consistently rich and strong profile, yet remains incredibly easy to drink.
